2nd Zendehrood International Open Chess Tournament

Esfahan Chess Association is honored to invite all players from National Federations to participate in the 2nd Zendehrood Open Chess Tournament which will be held in Esfahan, from 14 to 21 Sep., 2010.
PARTICIPATION:
Registration is free for GM and other title holders. For other players, as follows with 1st Sep. 2010 FIDE Ratings of:
Hotel is free for GM and other title holders.
2100 to top 2100: 30.00$ per day.
Under 2100 and unrated: 40.00$ per day.
(Max. Players that play in this Tournament are 200 Player.)
TOURNAMENT SYSTEM:
1. The 2nd Zendehrood International Open Chess Tournament will be played in 9 or 11 rounds using the Swiss System.
2. The time control shall be 90 minutes for the whole game with an increment of 30 seconds per move starting from move 1.
3. The FIDE Laws of Chess shall apply. The tournament will be FIDE rated.
4. The Swiss Manager program shall be used for pairings.
